Lundy's Liability made his return to the races a winning one in his first start for trainer Bobby Frankel since arriving in the United States from Dubai. The four-year-old colt gamely held off Hollywood Gold Cup winner Total Impact in the Goodwood Breeders' Cup Handicap, the highlight of Santa Anita's ten-race card on Saturday. Supah Blitz finished third. Earlier in the day, Light Jig romped home in the grade one Yellow Ribbon Stakes over Tangle and Katdogawn, who finished heads apart for second and third. The most impressive performance on the day, however, was the decimation of the Oak Leaf Stakes by Sweet Catomine, a daughter of Storm Cat who runs for Julio Canani. She won easily over Splendid Blendid.
